WHEREAS, Chapter 705, Laws of Minnesota for I965, provides for the transfer of all real estate
held in the name of the City of Saint Paul for the use of former Special School District No. 2 to
Independent School District No. 625; and
WHEREAS, the Independent School District No. 625 sold their interest to an adjoining property
owner and to cleaz title a new deed was requested by the title company: now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute quit
claim deed to Independent School District No. 625 for the following described premises:
