WHEREAS, the Division of Parks and Recreation administers the
applicants and grants program established by Ordinance 409.235; and
WHEREAS, the Youth Program Advisory Board was formed to
implement the administration oP the ordinance for the Division; and
5 WHEREAS, the Youth Programs Fund Advisory Board met on
6 January 19, 1995 to add organizations to the eligible list for the 10% Club
7 for 1995; and

WHEREAS, New applications were approved by the
Youth Programs Fund Advisory Board;
1. Athletic Advisory Committee
2. Hazel Park Booster Club
3. Orchard Park Booster Club
4. Rice Street Athletic Club
5. St. Anthony Park Booster Club
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the proper City officials
16 are hereby requested to promulgate an approved list of eligible
17 organizations for the 1995 Charitable Gambling 10% Club.
