1 WHERBAS, the Saint Paul City Council has directed Council Reseazch to conduct a study of juvenile
2 crime prevention programs to help identify successful programs and to deternune how current City-
3 funded programs can be strengthened, and
4 WHEREAS, in response to this direcuve, the City Council Investigation and Research Center has
5 prepared a report titled "Saint Paul Juvenile Crime Prevention Study," now, therefore, be it
6 RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts the "Saint Paul Juvenile CYime Prevention Study" Report.
