WHEFtEAS, The improvements on County State Highway 41 (Annapolis Street) between
Robert Street and Kansas Street will be under the supervision of the City of West St. Paul; and
WHEREAS, The Project will be funded by Dakota County, Ramsey County, the City of West
St. Paul and the City of Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, The City of Saint Paul will fund its shaze of the Project under a Cooperative
Construction Agreement with Ranisey County; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That we hereby authorize the proper city officials to sign the Agreement.

The cfty plans participate in the reconstruction of Annapolis Street between Robert Street and Kansas Street in 1995.
The Project will be adveRised and the Contract will be Iet by the City of West St. Paul. The City of Sairrt Paul wiil pay its
share of the costs through an Agreement with Ramsey Courriy. The city's share of the cost will be in accordance with
the county's cost participation policy. This Resolution will allow the proper city officials to sign the AgreemeM, allowing
the city to fund R's share of the project.
