This would be arranged in much the same way that the State Of Minnesota gives access to Minnesota Statutes via their Internet Gopher Server. I would like to request that you consider allowing us to place the Saint Paul Legislative Code on our Gopher Server. In addition to giving citizens access, this will also save time and money for the City as our Gopher Server could be a single access point for many people who now get access through other methods. I hope you find it possible to grant this request.
