National Fleet Sales, Inc. dba National Fleet Sales, Inc. requests Council approval of
the renewal of the Second Hand Dealer - Motor Vehicle License at 166 University Ave. W.
Phil Byrne and RoberC Kessler have reviewed the application and have agreed that the LIEP
Office may now forward it to the Saint Paul City Council. The LIEP Office recommends
approval.
