2 the applicants and grants program established by Ordinance
3 409.235; and
4 WHEREAS, the Youth Programs Fund Advisory Board was formed
5 to implement the administration of the ordinance Por the

WHEREAS, the Youth Programs Fund Advisory Board met on
August 17, 1995 to add organizations to the eligible list for the
10% club for 1995; and
WHEREAS, New applications were approved by the
Youth Programs Fund Advisory Board
El Rio Vista Booster Club
South St. Anthony Booster Club
St. Paul Ice Ringette Club
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the proper City
officials are hereby requested to promulgate an approved list of
eligible organizations for the 1995 Charitable Gambling l0o Club.

Coimcil has requested that the 10% Club List of Eligible Recipients be updated on an
arnival basis. These organizations wi11 be added to the list for 1995 and may then be eligible
to receive direct danations from charitable gambling organizations.
ADVANTAGES IF APPROVED:
Organizations may receive direct ct�aritable gambling donations which wi�_1 be
used to offset the cost of providing programs for Saint Paul youth.
