WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Saint Paul, by resolution C.F. 224445 approved July 13,
1965, and resolution C.F. 228666 approved May 19, 19b6, vacated land described as follows:
All that area of vacated Fenton Sueet which lies within I.ot 1, Block 2, Riverview
Industrial Park No. 1; and,
WHEREAS, based upon utility easement Certificates of Intended Non-Use filed voluntarily on
behalf of US West Communications, Inc., Northem States Power Co., District Energy and
District Cooling St. Paul, Inc., Continental Cablevision of Saint Paul, Inc., the Saint Paul Water
Utility, MCI Metro, and the Saint Paul Department of Public Works, and made a part hereof
by this reference and filed in the o�ce of the City Clerk of Saint Paul, the City for itself and on
behalf of these corporafions and departments, waives the right to utility easements in the
vacated areas as described in the certificates incorporated herein;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, pursuant to Section 130.06 of the St. Paul L.egisiative
Code and on behalf of the City of St. Paul and those persons for whom the City has reserved
easements, the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby waive and release the retained
Utiliry Easements in the vacated property as described above; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that upon passage of this resoluuon, the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to record a copy of this resolution in the Office of the Ramsey County
Recorder, and that the City Clerk sha11 maintain a copy of a11 Certificates of Intended Non-Use
referenced in this resolution on file in the Office of Citizen Services.
