Bituminous boulevard azeas were removed and replaced with concrete unit pavers. Openings were left for trees. Forestry planted trees and placed tree guards. I have attached the Waiver of Notification/Pubic Improvement Request authorizing assessment to four abutting properties. One of those is, as of yet, unsigned. The funds are to be deposited in PW Account No. 225-42362-0279-22478, Project No. 06-M-0679, Citywide Curb Contract. Please process. Thanks.
