The Street vridths vary in this area, generally between 28 feet and 32 feet. The street surfaces aze generally in fair to poor condition. This azea has wood pole lighting. Advantages If Approved: General improvement will enhance and add quality to the neighborhood. Newly rebuilt roadways will improve driveability and continue the City's efforts to improve the street system in Saint Paul. Lantern sryle lighting will enhance neighborhood safeTy and esthetics. Also, appropriate sanitary sewer repairs will be made, lead water services will be replaced, and stoxm sewer and sanitary sewer reconnections will be made at the request of the property owner.
