That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 7th day of March, 2007, at 5:30 o'clock p.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Buildinq in the City of Saint Paul. 3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated. This is one of several RSVP pmjects schedu(ed for 2007 wnstruction by Public Works and approved by the I,ong-Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee and the City Council. Advantages If Approved: General improvement of the public right-of-way will enhance and add quality to the neighborhood. The newly rebuilt roadway will unprove drivabiliry of the neighborhood and continue the City's efforts to improve the street system in Saint Paul. Street oiling in tlus neighborfiood wifl be eliminated. Lantern-style Iighiing wi11 enhance neighborhood safety and aesfl�etics.
