In the Matter of improving the area referred to as the HUBBARD/GRIGGS RSVP
(Residential Streat Vitality Project), by constructing a new bituminous
surface streets with concrete curb and gutter, concrete driveway aprons and
outwalks, boulevards landscaped with sod and trees, and a new lantern style
lighting system, lead water services in the right-of-way will be replaced and
doing all other necessary work to complete said project bounded by Pierce
Butler 12oute on the north, Pascal Street on the west, Minnehaha Avenue on the
south and Lexington Parkway on the east.
Also, the construction of and/or repair of sanitary sewer, storm sewer,
andJor water service connections will be made at the request of the property

The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the
Mayor upon the above improvement, and having considerecl said report, hereby
resolves:
l. That the said report and the same is hereby approve with no
alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 4,046,000.00 , financed
by Street Improvement Bonds and Assessments.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 7th day of
March, 2007, at 5:30 o'clock p.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall
and Court House Builfling in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the
manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of hearing, the
nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
