That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 7th day of March, 2007, at 5:30 o'clock p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul. 3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated. All of the residential streets aze oIled or older paved streets. The street widths vary in this area, generally between 28' & 32'. Street surfaces are generally in good condition. This azea has wood pole lighting. AdvaMages If Approved: General improvement of tl�e public right-of-way will enhance and add quality to the neighborhood. The newly rebuilt roadways will improve driveability of the neighborhood and continue the City's efforts to impmve the street system in Saint Paul. Lantem style lighting will en6ance neighborhood safety and esthetics. Disadvantages If Approved: Normal problems associated with cons[ruction, such as noise, dust and genetal distuption, will occw'. Disadvarrtages If Not Approved: The pavement suucture will continue to deteriorate, maintenance wsts will rise, and the level of service provided by these streeu will drop.
