In the Matter of improving Selby Avenue from Victoria Street to Avon Street
by constructing a new bituminous surfaced street with concrete curb and
gutter, concrete driveway aprons, boulevards landscaped with sod and trees,
installation of a lantern style street lighting system, construction of a new
storm sewer system and doing all other necessary work to complete said
project.
Also, the construction of and/or repair of sanitary sewer, storm sewer and
water service connections will be made at the request of the property owners.
Also, the construction of center islands on Selby Avenue from Lexington
Parkway to Victoria Street.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the
Mayor upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby
resolves:
l. That the said report and the same is

2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the lst day of
March, 2006, at 5:30 o'clock p.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall

manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of hearing, the
nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
