Bounded by the railroad on the north, Rice Street on the west, Maryland Avenue on the south and Jackson Street on the east. Also, the construction of and/or repair of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and/or water service connections will be made at the request of the property owners. That the said report and the same is hereby approve with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 1,900,000.00 financed by Assessments, 2006 CIB funds. 2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 15th day of March, 2006, at 5:30 o'clock p.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul. 04�110 3.
