This is one of four RSVP projects selected for 2004 construction by Public Works and approved by the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Comrzrittee and the Ciry Council. Advantages If Approved: General unprovement of the right-of-way will enhance and add quality to the neighborhood. The newly rebuilt roadways will improve drivabiliry of the neighborhood and continue the Ciry's efforts to improve the sheet system in St. Paul. Sfreet oiling in this neighborhood will be eliminated. I,antem style street ]ighting will also enhance neighborhood safety and aesthetics. Disadvantapes if Approved: Normal problems associated with construction, such as noise, dust and general dismpGon will occur.
