PAIIL PRSLIMINARY ORDER COUNCIL � NO_ 03 � - l� l BY ela FIL$ NO. 18983 VOTING WARD 2 In the Matter of improving FILLMORE AVENUE from Wabasha Street to Livingston Avenue by constructing a new bituminous surfaced street with concrete curb and gutter, concrete driveway aprons and outwalks, boulevard sodding, tree planting, construction of a lantern style lighting system, and a signalized at-grade railroad crossing at the intersection of Fillmore Avenue and the Union Pacific Railroad, and doing al1 other work necessary to complete said improvements as part of this project. The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: 1 � 3 That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $920,000 financed by 2004 Capital Improvement Bonds $868,000 and Assessments $52,000. That a public hearing be had on said improvemenC on the 4th dav of June. 2003, at 5:30 o'clock P.M., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
