In the Matter of the construction of Livingston Avenue from Plato Boulevard
to Fairfield Street with a new bituminous surfaced street, concrete curb and
gutter, construct sanitary sewer/connections, construct water main/
connections, construct storm sewer connections and doing all other work
necessary to complete said project.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report o£ the
Mayor upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby
resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approve with no
alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $389,889.00, financed by
assessments and Regional Water Services Aid.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 28nd dav of
May, 2003, at 5:30 o'clock p.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and
Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the
manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of hearing, the
nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.

WHYJ:
Improvements to Livingston Avenue were proposed in the West Side Flats Master Plan which was adopted by the City Council on December
1S, 2001. The Development Agreement for the US Bank site requires that the City construct Livingston Avenue between Plato Boulevard
and Faufield Street.
