Addition to Saint Paul. Subject to trackage easeatent; the following:
Fxcept the West 35 Feet; Lot 5 and all of Lot 6, Block 3, Patterson's
Addition and in said Martin Bach's Subdivision, part of said Subdivision
lying East of a line described as beginning on the North line of and
96 Feet 8ast of the Northwest corner of Lot 2, thence South 48 Feet to a
point 10 Feet Northwest of centerline of Burlington Northern's Railway's
most Westerly Track, thence southerly on a line 10 feet Westerly
of and parallel to said centerline to the the South line of said
Subdivision and there terntinating; AND
Acquiring property at the Southeast corner of 13th and Olive Streets approximately
described as follows:
That portion of Lot 3, Block, Patterson's Addition to the Town of
Saint Paul. Lying Northarly of a line beginning at a point on the West
line of Lot 3, distant 44.5 feet North of the Southwest corner of said
Lot 3, thance South, 89 degrees, 30 minutes, 51 seconds $ast, 19.44
feet, thence South 51 degrees, 06 minutes, 45 seconds East, 44.26 feet,
thence South 89 degrees, 30 minutes, 51 seconds East, 6.38 feet, thenca
North 38 degrees, 53 minutes, 18 seconds East, 19.77 feet, thence
South 89 degrees, 30 minutes, 51 seconds, East, 27.38 feet to a point on
the East lina of Lot 3, distant 32.5 feet North of the Southeast corner
of Lot 3 and there terminating of Lot 3, Block 4.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:

That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and
that the estimated cost thereof is $1,500,000 to be financed by Project Funds.

That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 2nd dav of April, 2003
at 5:30 P.M., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House
Building in the City of Saint Paul.

That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner
provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of hearing, the nature of
the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
