The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no altematives, and that the esfimated cost thereof is $0.00.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 28th dav of November, 2Q01, at 5:30 o'clock n.m., in the
Council Chambers of the City Aall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
That norice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
rime and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.

Block 1, Lyton's Addition. Should it be approved, it will be necessary to acquire easements for
stopes, cuts and �Ils ou the areas abutting the alley to allow for a smooth transition between the
existing property elevations and the elevation of the newly paved surface an ��k i�stallAtion
