considered said report, hereby resolves:

$234,300.00, paid for by Assessments.
That a public hearing be had on said improvement on ihe 28th day of June, 2000, at 530 o'clock p.m., in the Council
Chambers of the City Hail and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paui.
T'hat notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, staflng the time
and piace of hearing the nature of the unprovement and ffie totai cost thereof as estimated,
