condemning and taking temporary construction easements as needed in the above
mentioned property, said temporary construction easements to expire on or before
December 31, 2001.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor
upon the above improvement, and having considered saicl report, hereby resolves:
l. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and
that the estimated cost thereof is not yet determined.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on
5:30 o'clock P.M., in the Council Chambers of the
Building in the City of Saint Paul.

To not proceed with this improvement could result in more accidents in this heavily traveled area.
