Should this project be approved, it will be necessary to acquire easements for slopes, cuts and fills on the area abutting the alley to allow for a smooth transition between the e�sting property elevations and the elevation of the newly aved surface. DVANTAGES IF APPROVED: Drainage in the alley will be improved. ISADVANTAGES IF APPROVF.D: Normal problems associated with construction will occur such as noise, dust, and general disruption.
