pazcel o£ said Lot 1 lying northeasterly of the £ollowing
described line:
Beginning at a point 23.21 feet west of the east of
Lot 1,Block 2, G.V.Bacon�s Addition, aaaording to the
plat on file and of record in the office of the Ramsey
County Recordar, and 4.U0 feet south of the aorth line
of said Lot 1; thence southeasterly to a point 13.00
feet east of said east line of said Lot 1 and 14.22
feet south of the north lina of said Lot 1.
The Council of the City of Saint Pau1 having received the report of the Mayor upon the
above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:

That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and
that the estimated cost thereof is $ 8,500.00 financed by project funds.
That a public hearing be had on said improvement on Wednesday, AAril 7, 1999 ,
at 5:30 �� P.M., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House
Suilding in the City of Saint Pau1.
That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner
provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of hearing, the nature of the
improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
