that part of the easterly 25.00 feet of Lot l, Block 1, Burlington Industrial
Park, according to the plat thereof and of record in the �ffice of the County
Recorder of Ramsey County, Minnesota, lying southerly of a line described as
follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of Lot l, Block 1, Burlington
Industrial Park; thence northerly along the east line of said Block l, a
distance of 50.00 feet to the beginning of the line to be described; thence
southwesterly, deflecting to the left
135 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds, a distance of 35.36 feet, more or
less, to a point 25.00 feet west of the east line of said Block 1, and
said line there terminating.
Also, that part of the Burlington Northern, Sante Fe Railroad right-of-way
which lies between the west right-of-way line of Jackson Street and a line
drawn parallel with and distant 25.00 feet, to the west right-of-way of Jackson
Street, and which lies between the south line of Burlington Industrial Park,
and the north line of Soo Line Plat Number 3, each according to the plats
thereof and of record in the Office of the County Recorder of Ramsey County,
Minnesota.
Also, that part of the easterly 25.00 feet of Lot I, Soo Line Plat No. 3,
according to the plat thereof and of record in the Office of the County
Recorder of Ramsey County, Minnesota, lying northerly of a line described as
follows:
Commencing at the northeast corner of Lot I, Soo Line Plat No. 3; thence
southerly along the east line of said Lot I a distance of 6�.00 feet, to
the point of beginning; thence northwesterly, deflecting to the right 135
degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds 35.36 feet, more or less to a point 25.00
feet west of the east line of said Lot I and said line there terminating.
Also, a perpetual easement 30.00 feet wide for Water Utility purposes on, under and
across Lots 27, 28 and 29, J.W. Bass Garden Lots, according to the plat thereof and
of record in the Office of the County Recorder of Ramsey County, Minnesota, and
within a road easement granted to the City of Saint Paul dated October 13, 1950 for
a public service road known as "Norpac Road", and that portion of vacated East
Maryland Avenue, the centerline of said easement being described as follows:

Commencing at the intersection of the south right-of-way line of Hyacinth
Avenue and the east right-of-way line of Jackson Street; thence southerly along
the east right-of way line of Jackson Street, having an assumed bearing o£
South 00 degrees 20 minutes 58 seconds East, a distance of 17.0 feet to the
point of beginning; thence South 45 degrees 20 minutes 58 seconds East, a
distance of 73_54 feet; thence South 00 degrees 20 minutes 58 seconds East, a
distance of 259.03 feet; thence South 36 degrees 09 minutes 57 seconds East,
a distance of 613.21, feet more or less, to a point on the south right-of-way
line of vacated East Maryland Avenue which is 89.39 feet west of the northeast
corner of Block l, Ransom's Addition to Saint Paul, according to the plat
thereof and of record in the Office of the County Recorder of Ramsey County,
Minnesota, and said centerline there terminating. The sides o£ said easement
shall be lengthened or shortened to terminate on the east right-of-way line of
Jackson Street and the south right-o£-way line of vacated East Maryland Avenue_
Also, a perpetual easement for Water Utility purposes on, under and across those
parts of Lots 19 and 20, Block l, Ransom's Addition to Saint Paul, according to the
plat thereof and of record in the Office of the County Recorder of Ramsey County,
Minnesota, which lie west of a line drawn parallel with and 40.00 feet west of the
west right-of-way line of vacated Agate Street and that portion of Lot 21 B1ock 1,
Ransom's Addition to Saint Paul which lies west of a line drawn parallel with and
80.00 feet northeasterly of Soo Line's (formerly Minneapolis, St Paul and Sault Ste.
Marie Railroad Company's) Main track centerline as now located and constructed.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor
upon the above improvement, and lzaving considered said report, hereby resolves:

That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and
that the estimated cost thereof is $7,500 financed by Water Utility.
That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 4th day of March,1998,
at 5:30 o'clock P.M., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House
Building in the City of Saint Paul.
That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner
provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of hearing, the nature of
the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
