The center line of said sewer easement being described as follows: Commencing at the northeast corner of said SecUon 23; thence west along the north line of said Section 23, a distance of 1725.58 feet to the east line of Point Douglas Road; thence southeasterly along the east line of said Point Douglas Road, at a angle of 72 degrees 25 minutes 03 seconds to the right, a distance of 1,042.62 feet to the point of beginning; thence deflecting to the left 73 degrees 10 minutes 04 seconds, a distance of 242.71 feet; thence deflecting to the left 43 degrees 04 minutes 12 seconds, a distance of 81.00 feet; thence deflecting to the left 18 dea ees 59 minutes 37 seconds, a distance of 75.00 feet; thence deflecting to the right 25 degrees 35 minutes 35 seconds, a distance of 129.00 feet; thence deflecting to the right 10 degrees 14 minutes OS seconds, a distance of 68.00 feet; thence deflecting to the right 35 degrees 15 minutes 36 seconds, a distance of 89.00 feet; thence deflecting to the right 18 degrees 31 minutes 00 seconds, a distance of 23.00 feet; thence deflecting to the left 87 degrees 10 minutes 35 seconds, a distance of 40.00 feet; thence deflecting to the right 68 degrees 21 minutes 35 seconds, a distance of 37.00 feet more less to the intersection with the Marillac Lane cul-de-sac and there terminating. Said intersection being 40.00 feet north of and measured at a right angle to the north line of said I,ot 9, Block 1, St. Joseph's Hill. The side easement lines aze to be shortened to terminate on the east right of way line of Trunk Highway No. 61 and prolonged or shortened to ternunate on the most easterly side of the Marillac Lane cul-de-sac. Also a temporary construction easement being 10 feet in width and adjoining both sides of the above described permanent sewer easement. Said temporary construction easement to ternunate on June 30, 1999. Said temporary easement lines are to be shortened to ternunate on the east right of way line of Trunk Highway l�o. 61 and prolonged or shortened to terminate on the most easterly side of Marillac Lane cul-de-sac. �lg'� The Council o£ the City of Saint Faul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: 1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $15,o�� financed by the 1998 State Revolving Loan Fund. � 2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the �bth dav of October. 1998, at 5:30 o'clock P.M., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul. 3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated. To install the sewer work needed for this, it will be necessary to acquue easements for their construction and future maintenance. DVANTAGESIFAPPROVED: New sewer can be constructed as planned, allowing connections to the City's sewer system. ISADVANTAGES IF APPROVED: Owners of affected properties would have an encumbrance on their properties. Also, the City will be obligated to pay compensation to the property owners for the taking of the easements. ISADVANTAGES IF NOT APPROVED: Sewer could not be built as planned. Another location would have to be found, or no connections would be available for the nearby residents.
