All that area vacated by Council File No_ 196697, adopted by the Council
Apri1 13, 1960, described as follows:
That part of the alley in Block 2, Keller's Subdivision of
Block 11, Lyman Dayton's Addition, which lies between Maple
Street and the extended westerly line of the alley parallel to
said Maple Street, according to the plat thereof on file and
of record in the office of the Register of Deeds within and
for said Ramsey County, Minnesota.

The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:

That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, ard
that the estimated cost thereof is $1,000.00 financed by Project Funds.
That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 6th dav of Januarv,
1999, at 5:30 o'clock P.M., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court
House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner
provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of hearing, the nature of
the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
