ADVANTAGESIFAPPROVED: The community will benetii Srom this project because B will provide safe detect fres sidewalks for its many citizens. The sidewalk contracts are executed by ptivate contractors, so it follows that private ssctor jobs are created as a result of tfiis activity. DISADVANTAGES IF MPROVED: Historically, the sidewalk reconstructio�s have created negative feedback in the area of construction procedure and assessment.
