shown on the map on file with the Department o£ Technology and Management Services,
Real Estate Division, Room 140 City Ha11, marked sheet 3 of 3, Bridge Project B1170.
Said easements to commence January 1, 1998, and expire July 1, 1999, or at completion
of project, whichever occurs first.

The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor
upon the above improvement, and having consiclered said report, hereby resolves:

That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and
that the estimatecl cost thereof is $7,000.00 financed by 1994 Municipal State
Aid.
That a pub].ic hearing be had on said improvement on the 3rd day of December,
1997, at 4:30 o'clock P.M., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court
House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons ancl in the manner
provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of hearing, the nature of
the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.

acquisition of temporarp easements for tliis project �r�as approved. Tl�ose easements, ti�d�icli expire on
January 1, 1498, need to be eaTended to 3uly 1, 1999.

Easement damages �;�ould have to be paid to compensate the ovrners for tlie temporary loss of
the use of part of their property�.
