The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:

That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and
that the estimated cost thereof is $1,532,537 financed by Capital Improvement
Bonds $1,135,224 and Assessments $397,613.
That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 26th day of November,
1997,at 4:3� o'clock P.M., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court
House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
That notice o£ said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner
provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of hearing, the nature of
the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.

the Department of Pub�ic Works, approved try the Long Range Capital lmprovement Budget Committee and the City
Councif (Councii Resolution 97-216).
A newly rebuilt roadway, with new curb and gutter, wiif restore the drivability of this street and continue our efforts to
improve the street system in Saint Paul. The new street lighting wiii also improve safety in the area.
Normal ¢robiems associated with Construction, such as noise, dust and general disruption wilf occur.
