That part of Lot 32 lying within the following described Line:
Beginning at the Northwesterly corner of said Lot 32, Thence Y3ortheasterly
along the NorthwesCerly line of said Lot 32 a distance of 8 feet to a point,
thence Southeasterly on a line perpendicular to said North easterly line, a
distance of 4 feet to a point, thence Southwesterly on a line 4 feet
southeasterly of and parallel to said Northeasterly line to a point on the

The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the
Mayor upon the above improvemenC, and having considered said report, hereby
resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no
alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $0.00
since the property owners have waived their rights to be
compensated for the easement to be aquired.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 26th
day of June, 1996 , at 4:30 o'clock P.M., in the Council
Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of
Saint Paul.
