In the 1Satter o£ Grade and pave and construct sanitary sewer and connections
on Howard Street from the end of the existing paved roadway which is located
approgimately 400 feet southwest of Oakridge Street to approximately 457 feet
southwest of Oakridge Street.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the
Mayor upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby
resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no
alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $15,330
financed by Assessments only.

2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 22nd_
day of May, 1996, at 5:00 o'clock P.M., in the Council
Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of
Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in
the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof
as estimated.

Shis project was initiated by a petilion signed by 1 oi the 2 aburiing property owners. The property owner plans to construct homes
on the abutting parcels and needs to have street improved in order to construct a home on one of the parcels.

This will allow previously unused property to be developed and permft the construction of a new home.
