resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no
alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $580,�00
financed by Capital Improvement Bonds $116,000 and Intermodal
Surface Transportation Enhancement Act $464,000.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 24th
day of April, 1996 , at 3:30 o'clock P.M., in the Council
Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of
Saint Paul.
