In the Zfatter of
Condemnation and taking of a perpetual roadway easement and a slope easement
for cuts and fills near the intersection of Raymond and Cleveland Avenues.
Said easements are described as follows:
A perpetual easement for public right-of-way purposes, over, under
and across that part of Lot 15, Block 50, St. Anthony Park north
which lies westerly, southwesterly and southerly, of a line
hereinafter called "Line 1" as follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of said Block 50,
thence southerly along the westerly line of said block
138.35 feet to the point of beginning of "Line 1"; thence
southerly and southeasterly 41.26 feet along a tangential
curve having a radius of 54.00 feet and a central angle
of 43 degrees 46 minutes 48 seconds; thence continuing
southeasterly 10.42 feet more or less to a point that is
39.00 feet northwesterly of the centerline of Cleveland
Avenue as opened under Council File //55256 and distant
417.21 feet southwesterly from the intersection of the
centerline of Scudder Avenue with the East Line of
Section 20, Township 29, Range 23, as measured along said
opened centerline and said "Line 1" there terminating.
Together with those parts of Lots 15 and 16 of said Block 50 and
the adjacent vacated alley in said block, which lies southerly and
southeasterly of a line described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the northwesterly right-of-way
line of Cleveland Avenue as opened in said Council File,
distant 272.73 feet southwesterly from the intersection
of the centerline of Scudder Avenue with the cast Line of
Section 20, as measured along said opened centerline.
Thence, southwesterly 56.59 feet to a point that is 39.00
feet northwesterly of and 329.00 feet southwesterly from
said centerline intersection as measured along said
opened centerline; thence, continuing southwesterly
parallel with said opened centerline 48.33 feet; thence
continuing southwesterly along a tangential curve concave
to the southeast having a radius of 259.81 feet and a
central angle of 10 degrees 39 minutes 29 seconds, 48,3
feet more or less to the intersection with said "Line 1"
and said lines there terminating.
Also, a slope easement for the purpose of cuts and fills as shown
on the map on file with the Department of Finance & Management
Services, Real Estate Division, Room 140 City Hall, Saint Paul,
Minnesota, 55102.

alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $1,000.00
financed by County Aid.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 16th
day of August, 1995 , at 3:30 o`clock P.M., in the Council
Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of
Saint Paul.
