CONDEMNATION AND TARING OF PERMANENT AND TEMPORARY EASEMENTS FOR THE
CONSTRUCTZON AND EUTIIRE MAINTENANCE OF A STORM SEWER SYSTEM IN CONNECTION
WITH THE FOIIBrH S28S&S ABSA SSABS SSPABA2IOH P&OJECY. PROPOSED EASEMENTS TO
BE LOCATED NEAR VACATED PRINCE STREET AND VACATED JOHN STREET AND ARE
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
A permanent easement for sewer purposes over, under and across the
northeasterly 8.00 feet of Lots 1 and 8, Block 57, Kittson's
Addition to Saint Paul.
Also, a permanent easement for sewer purposes over, under and
across those portions of vacated Prince Street, vacated John
Street, vacated Lafayette Street (formerly Locust Street) and Lots
1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 64, Rittson's Addition to Saint Paul being
15.00 feet on either side of the following described line:
Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of
vacated Prince Street with the centerline of vacated John
Street, thence southeasterly for a distance of 35.00 feet
along the cenCerline of said vacated John Street to the
point of beginning of the line to be described; thence
northeasterly, parallel with said vacated Prince Street,
a disCance of 240.00 feet; thence northwesterly,
parallel to said centerline of vacated John Street, to
the centerline of said vacated Prince Street and there
said line terminates.
Also, temporary easements for the construction of said FOURTH
STREET AREA SEWER SEPARATION PROJECT as shown on the map on file
with the Real Estate Division, Department of Finance & Management
Services, Room 140 City Hall, Saint Paul, Minnesota, 55102. Said
temporary easements to expire January 1, 1996, or at the completion
of the project, whichever occurs first.

The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the
Mayor upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby
resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no
alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $37,250.00
financed by Storm Sewer System Charge.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 21st
day of June, 1995 , at 3:30 o'clock P.M., in the Council
Chambers of the City Aall and Court House Building in the City of
Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in
the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof
as estimated.
