The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: 1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is per connection assessed at the cost in effect at the time of installation. 2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 12th day of_April, 1995 , at 3:30 o'clock P.M., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and CourC House Building in the City of Saint Paul. 3. That notice of said the manner provided hearing, the nature as estimated. In 1994 they approached the City of Saint Paul in order to obtain design approval and agreement on cost sharing for the work to be done within Saint Paul (ihe North side of Annapolis). This has now been accompiished. The project will be ad�ertised and the Contract will be let by the City of South St. Paul. A newiy rebuitt roadway wiil improve the drivability of this street and continue our efiorts to improve the streei sysiem in Saint Paul. The new street lighting wiil also improve satety in the area. Normal probiems associated with construction, such as noise, dust, and general disruption wif! ocCUr.
