The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: 1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $1,786,488 financed by 1996 Capital Improvement Bonds $1,323,604 and Assessments $462,884. 2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 15th day of November, 1995, at 3:30 o'clock P.M., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul. 3. That notice of said the manner provided hearing, the nature as estimated. This is one ot seven RSP projects seiected by the Department of Public Works, approved by the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee , and the City Council ( Council Resolution 95-302). This Project is one of the three Projects that was given a tirst priority for construction. ROVANTAGESIFAPPROVED: A newly rebuiit roadway, with new curb and gutter, wi11 restore the drivebility of this street and continue our efforis to improve the street system in Saint Paul. The new street Iighting wili also improve safety in ihe area.
