Discount from ceMain license fees. 11 A. A discount will be provided for on-sale and off-sale liquor licenses, on-sale and off-sale 3.2 malt liquor 12 licenses and on-sale strong beer and wine licenses. Such fees mentioned shall be reduced seven (7) percent, 13 contingent upon each of the following conditions: 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 33 34 35 **� B. A discount will be provided for restaurant and catering licenses issued under Cha�ter 331 A Such fees shall be reduced seven (71 percent, contin e¢ nt upon each of the followine conditions: 1 The licensee shall em�lov a person in chazge who in the absence of the certified food manaeer shall be on duty at all times and who can demonstrate that he/she has viewed a video concemine food allergies The video uresentation shall be orovided by and will be viewed at the department of safety and insoecrions. If the person in char¢e leaves the licensee's em�loyment, the establishment will have rivo months to either: 11 have the new person in char¢e view the video on food aller at a presentation by the department of safety and inspection: or 2) if there is no oresentation within two months of that person bein¢ hired, ensure that the new nerson in charee is reu_istered for the next available video �resentation. 2. employee of an allergv to particulaz food item(sl or �ou�(s), the establishment shall notify the above- referenced person in charee or certified food mana�er, and all em l�ovees who may handle am food item served to that customer of the food allerev.
