THE COUNCIL O THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1.
Section 410.04(c)of the Saint Paul Lea s tive Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
410.04 (c) Sales prohibited; hours. No such �c�t�tars 3.2 percent malt liguor
shall be sold etther on-sale �`rn�c between he hours of 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on any
weekday, Monday through Saturday inclusive, n• between the hours of 1:00 a.m, and 12:00
noon on Sundays. Notwithstanding the foregoing, establishment which has received a permit
from the State of Minnesota which authorizes sale o.2 percent malt liquor on-sale between the
hours of 1:00 a.m. and 2:0� a.m. may make such sales i it has provided a copy of the permit to
the Directar of the Office of LIEP. No such 3 2percent t liquor shall be sold off sale�Sii
on Friday and Saturda� until 10:00 n•m• No on-sale licensee all permit any such
3.2 oercent malt liquors to be cons ed on its premises during the
hours when the sale tl�ereof is by this chapter prohibited. Notwiths ding the foregoing,
establishments holding on-sale licenses issued under this chapter ma emain open for the sale of
food after the hours of sale provided therein and until 3:00 a.m. if they ve first obtained an
extended service license. Such license shall be a Class � N license. Appli tion shall be made
on such forms as may be provided by the Office of License, Insgections and vironmental
Protection. The fee for such license shall be established by ordinance as provid in section
310.09(b) of the I.egislative Code. The regulations in section 409.07.1(b), and no � e and consent
requirements in section 409.071(c) of the I,egislative Code shall apply to extended rvice
licenses under this chapCer. �
