THE COUNCTL OF THE CTl'Y OF SAINT PAUL DOES HEREBY ORDAIN
Section 1
That section 4, Subp. B, of the interim ordinance under Council File No. OS-637, adopted August
10,2005, be hereby amended by adding the following underlined language:
B. For the purposes of this interim ordinance only, the following zoning applications are
exempted from the provisions of this interim ordinance and may be processed, as required, by the
planning administrator, the zoning administrator, the board of zoning appeals or the planning
commission as specified below:
1. Building permits for the purpose of building a new, single- family dwelling at 413
Burlington Road.
