Section 1
Section 21, Officers' Qualifications, of the Saint Paul Administrative Code is hereby amended to
read as follows:
Sec. 21.02. Same-�epartment Office of technology .
The director of the $epart�rznt office of technology shall have a
bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, plus seven (7) yeazs' responsible
experience in public or private administration which would provide knowledge of information
systems, technology, and telecommunications, , , ' ,
