adopted pursuant to Minnesota Statute § 462355,
Subd. 4, in Council File No. 02-1115 on December
26, 2002, which preserved the status quo with
respect to the use of property in the Sunray area
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
That Council File No. 02-1115, Section 3.1 be amended by adding an additional paragraph to
read:
Section 31
Additional Exemptions, Old Posey Miller Site: In order that the developers of property
commonly known as the old Pose�Miller site. 1721, 1727 and 1729 Old Hudson Road mav
a�plv for, and if ap�roved, receive zonine and buildin� permits necessary to undertake the
pronosed development, the developers are exempted from the prohibitions established under this
interim ordinance.
