Such command level experience shall ' clude the azeas of fire suppression, rescue, fire prevention, fue investigations, emergency medical services, hazardous mater' s, management information systems, and emergency response planning and �ercise using an all hazards approach. A Master's egree in one of the aforemenfioned fields is desirable. The City Charter provides that when such a vacancy exists the Council must establish minimum qualificafions for the vacancy.
