9 Section 370.09 of the Saint Paul I.egislative Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

11 Sec. 370.09. Certificate fees.

13 In the event the board recommends that the certificate of competency be issued, the building
14 official sha11 issue said certificate or class of certificate. The renewal fee for all classes and types of
15 certificates of competency shall be . as set forth in Saint Paul Legislative Code

�"This is a housekeeping measure. Existing fees are located both in Chapter 310

z""';into Chapter 310 to be consistent as well as easier for the public to determine
