11 Section 415.04 of the 5aint Paul Legislative Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

20 , . The fee shall be set bv ordinance accordin¢ to section 310.09(bl of the Le�slarive Code. A
21 separate license shall be obtained for each place of business. Only one (1) adult use shall be allowed in a building or
22 portion of a building. The licensee shall display the license in a prominent place on the licensed premises at all
23 times.

oth Chapters 415 and 310 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code cite the fee for
Theatre and Motion Picture Theatre licenses; the two chapters are not
consistent which results in a discrepancy in fees when issuing licenses.
VANTAGES IF APPROVED:
Citing Chapter 310 for the fees of the license in Chapter 415 will eliminate
the discrepancy between the two chapters for Theatres and Motion Picture
Theater license fees.
ISADVANTAGES IF APPROVED:
one apparent.
ISADVANTAGES IF NOT APPROVED:
The inconistency of Theatre and Motion Picture Theatre license fees will
remain between Chapters 415 and 310.
