10 Section 364.02 of the Saint Paul Legislarive Code is amended to read as follows:

12 Sec. 364.02. Fee.

14 The fee required ' . . for a license shall be established by ordinance as specified in
15 section 310.09(bl of the Saint Paul Legislative Code.

20This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force (30) days following its passage, approval and pubiication.

Currently the fee for veterinary hospital licenses are cited in both Chapters
364 and 310. This may lead to an inconsistency in the future when charging the
license fee. Having one pointi of reference for the license fee will eliminate
any discrepancy for the cost of the license.
VANTAGES IF APPROVED:
There will be one point of contact for the veterinary hospital license fee.
ISADVANTAGES IF APPROVED:
one apparent.
ISADVANTAGES IF NOT APPROVED:
Ther.e will be more than one point of reference for the veterinary hospital
license fee which may lead to an inconsistency when issuing the license.
