22 f bj j� License tags. There shall be issued to the owner of each and every licensed vehicle a suitabie license tag
23 which shall be fastened and displayed upon the outside of each and every vehicle so that said license tag may be
24plainly visible at all times. In case any velucle licensee shall lose his license tag, he shall forthwith and before doing
25 any further business procure a new license tag and shall pay for each new license tag the sum of one dollar ($1.00).

27 fej b� Insurance. Whenever a license is issued hereunder, the provisions of Section 1.44, Subsections A, C, D, E,
28 K, L, M, N, O and P of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota, Department of Public Works Specifications for Street and
29 Sewer Construction, as amended, shall apply. Certificate(s) of insurance submitted as proof of coverage shall be in a
30 form acceptable to the city attorney and shall inciude the "St. Paul Uniform Endorsement" as required under section
317.03 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code (uniform license endorsement). Said certificate(s) must be submitted to the
32 inspector prior to issuance of the license.

34 (-c�j � License not transferable. At no time will it be permissible to transfer licenses. No moving vehicle shall be
35 sold without first removing the license tag from the vehicle and destroying it.

2 eisewhere in the City of Saint Paul the contents of any septic tank, cesspool, sink, privy vault or private drain, shall
3 convey the same in a tank approved by the division of public health, and in such a manner as to avoid overloading or
4 spilling the contents thereof, or the emission of an offensive odor therefrom, and shall maintain the exterior of the
5 vehicle and tank in a clean manner. If any of the contents of the tank shall be spilled or fall upon any street, walk or
6 premises, the owner or driver of the vehicle shall replace the same immediately and remove all traces thereof. The
7 tanks shall be kept and maintained clean and inoffensive when not in use.
