The fee for a manufacturing and distributing of animal foods license is cited
in both Chapters 310 and 316; this discrepancy may lead to confusion if the fee
is changed in one chapter but not the other. The single point of reference
(Chapter 310) will eliminate this possible confusion and discrepancy.
VANTAGES IF APPROVED:
There will be a single point of reference for the manufacturing and
distributing of animal foods license which will eliminate possible confusion
and discrepancy when charging for the license.
