Care and Maintenance of Boulevards 12 13 Section 105.04 14 15 (d) Compliance requirements. The citizen service office department. 16 division of ha� propertY code enforcement, shall have the authority to investigate 17 boulevards to determine compliance with this section. For any property deemed to be in violation, the 18 enforcement officer shall give notice of the alleged violation to the property owner, following the 19 procedures set forth in section 45.10 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code.
