THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1
Section 33.01 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
Sec. 33.01. Defmitions.
The following words and phrases when used in this chapter shall have the meanings respectively
ascribed to them in this section:

Sec. 33.04. Establishment of permit fees.
(A) Fees Required: Before issuing any permit required by the building code, this chapter or
other pertinent provisions of the Saint Paul Legislative Code, the fee as indicated in the
